From humble beginnings in 2004, Greater Glass was founded when Phil, a passionate glazier, teamed up with his wife, Deb. They recognised a key opportunity in the market for quality glass coupled with quality service.
Following a clear vision to provide a more localised service in a market saturated with imported glass and sole traders offering limited value or choice, the idea of a consultative and collaborative approach to glazing was born: Greater Glass was founded.
Two decades on, the company now has a thriving team of experts, a network of glazing specialists and a reliable glass supply chain, and we’ve never lost our unwavering commitment to providing top-quality glass products with uncompromising customer service.

Deb Deeth
Managing Director
Meet Deb, the fearless leader behind Greater Glass. Deb co-owns Greater with her husband Phil, and has been the driving force in the business, playing a crucial role since its inception.
Deb’s superpowers include nurturing the leadership within her team, constantly identifying opportunities in the industry, streamlining more efficient systems to deliver safer and better outcomes, recognising budding talent and cultivating long lasting relationships with both existing and prospective clients through a commitment to collaboration, honest communication and authentic leadership.
For the past decade, Deb has held prominent positions within the glass industry and currently serves as a Director on the board of the Australian Glass & Window Association, championing the advancement of the glass industry and glazing as a competitive and lucrative trade and profession. She actively campaigns to entice young apprentices into the field and elevate safety, compliance, and quality standards.
An enthusiastic advocate for personal development and continual growth, Deb has an unmatched positive mindset, and firmly believes in the power of shared knowledge and learning. Her commitment to her industry and advancing it through awareness programs around reduced energy consumption and emission targets is commendable.
In her spare time, Deb cuts a trailblazing figure roaming across the globe, wine glass in hand! With a deep love for architecture, delectable cuisine, cultural adventures, and breath-taking coastlines, Deb lives life to the fullest in every capacity, and you know that whatever project she takes on in business and life in general, she gives it her all.
Jenni Pascoe
Operations Manager
Introducing Jenni, our esteemed Operations Manager, boasting over 15 years of experience within the industry. Jenni’s journey in the glass sector commenced in a customer service and glass specification capacity, affording her invaluable product knowledge and insights into client needs and expectations. This foundational experience has seamlessly paved the way for her current expansive role.
In her capacity as Operations Manager, Jenni exhibits an unwavering dedication to fostering a strong team culture at Greater Glass. Her efforts not only enhance workplace cohesion but also drive production efficiency, serving as the vital conduit that bridges the gap between our team and client expectations.
Jenni’s wealth of glass knowledge was learned inside the reputable entities like G James Glass and Australian Glass Group. Jenni’s expertise in the Australian Glass market is a huge support to our team and provides exceptional project outcomes for our clients. For her, it’s not merely about the glass itself; it’s about ensuring seamless operations akin to a well-oiled machine.
And who could forget her signature catchphrase, “Glass is Life”? Whether an ode to her love of the industry or a light-hearted motto circulating the office, it undeniably injects a dash of personality into her professional demeanour.
Beyond the workplace, Jenni loves relaxing outdoors —be it camping, scootering, or cheering on her beloved Canterbury Bulldogs. However, her ultimate delight lies in the cherished tradition of Sunday family dinners.
David Crittenden
Construction Manager
With nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Dave is a seasoned professional. As a licensed Carpenter and Construction Manager, he has excelled in both residential homes and commercial high-rise projects, specializing in aluminium windows, doors, glass facades, and structural steel. Dave has successfully managed several businesses throughout his career.
Dave’s expertise in the aluminium and glass industry is comprehensive, encompassing design and installation, material selection, customization, technical proficiency, code compliance, and problem-solving. Beyond his professional life, Dave is a devoted family man and a proud father of three.
Greg Andrews
Factory Manager
Since 2015 Greg has played a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and safety through orchestrating product logistics in and out of our main Kirrawee warehouse. He is the custodian of ample glass and consumable supplies catering to both our retail and trade clientele.
He is the smiling face our clients and suppliers see as they arrive always with an eagerness to extend a helping hand with his grounded practical approach to everything he does.
He’s well known and respected in our area not just as the first face of Greater Glass but as a budding photographer, sportsman and supporter of many community events over the decades.
Steve Brooks
Architectural Frameless Manager
Introducing Steve, our dedicated Frameless Glass Project Manager, overseeing the delivery of all our frameless glass products, from shower screens to balustrading and intricate custom applications.
Steve’s career journey began as an apprentice Shop Fitter, where he gradually transitioned into specializing in frameless glass. With over 25 years of experience, he has honed his skills in project managing glass installations in Class 2 building developments, demonstrating a remarkable eye for detail.
Co-founding a successful glass company, later acquired by Greater Glass in 2018, Steve brings a methodical approach to his work, ensuring an impressive 99% millimetre accuracy, aligning with both his stringent quality standards and the compliance requirements of modern building landscapes.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Steve maintains a strong work ethic and is passionate about imparting his knowledge to the younger generation. He love’s his hobbies of four-wheel driving adventures, showcasing his exceptional golfing skills, staying fit, and embracing various challenges. Additionally, Steve actively supports community events, embodying his commitment to both personal and professional excellence.
Scott Petersen
Lead Estimator
Joining Greater Glass in 2024, Scott brings extensive experience and expertise to the estimating role. With roots in a small country town, Scott upholds values that resonate with us. As a trade-qualified glazier, he has over 30 years in the construction industry, working for renowned companies like Pilkington Australia and Micos Aluminium. This background has equipped Scott with diverse skills in glass and aluminium, including installations and project supervision, making him a well-rounded estimator. He has built cherished industry relationships. When not at work, Scott enjoys bowls and a beer with his mates or a long relaxing drive to his family’s farm stay.
